We sought to create an Anejo as complex as our consumer. Our Anejo brings out the richest notes from our delicately cultivated agave plants without cutting any corners. Powerful and rich as its color, our Anejo’s flavor is a complex, mellow mix of natural sweetness and floral aromatics, with a spicy Oak finish.

The Craft

origins

Osadía is and always has been the result of hard work and dedication. It took generations to cultivate, years to produce, and a lifelong pursuit of excellence to get started.

Process

All our agave is grown sustainably under organic farming principles. Our agave takes at least 6 years to mature before harvested, and then we turn them over to master distiller Agustin Sanchez Rodriguez, who blends them to perfection at the award-winning Destiladora del Valle de Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico.
